In my experience the problem I'm getting is Adobe's not mine and instead of sending customer's on a wild goose chase they should fix it and, it seems I am not the only one to have had the problem. Their help page goes on about Internet Explorer but who uses that browser any more ? I have a full fibre connection and turned off both my anti-virus software and firewall to no avail. ![]() Please check your internet connectivity and firewall settings, then try again.
